TrueBlockers is a Swedish company driven by one mission: to help people take back control of their sleep in a world that’s no longer built for it.

In our team here in Sweden, you’ll find a blend of biohackers, health enthusiasts, and trained engineers—all with a shared obsession for optimal human function. We don’t chase trends. We study light, sleep, and circadian biology to build tools that actually work.

Our glasses were carefully designed in Sweden, then developed in collaboration with a specialized optics lab in China to meet the highest standards of light filtration. Every lens is engineered to do one thing exceptionally well: block 100% of melatonin-disrupting blue and green light (380–550nm).

We built TrueBlockers because we were tired of weak, clear-lens "blue blockers" that made bold claims but delivered almost nothing.
